CENDOL

Cendol is one of the most famous dessert in Pulau Pinang. The basic ingredients are glutinous rice flour made into green jelly, coconut milk, palm sugar and ice cubes. The recipe is as below:

Normally, the jelly is coloured green with pandanus leaf juice, but other colours may also be created according to one's preference. Cendol is a preferable dessert especially during hot days.


KUEW TIAW

Not too worry as Kuew Tiaw can also be a Halal food. Kuew Teow is made of a flat shape of noodles about 1 centimeter in width, fried overheat and mixed with soy sauce, chilies, prawns, cockle, egg, bean sprouts. Occasionally, other ingredients can be added to into the dish based on one's preferences. The recipe is as below:


PENANG LAKSA
